Inc is a full service integrated real estate brokerage company
involved in the buying and selling of land and commercial
properties. The in-depth knowledge and experience of our
professionals allows us to successfully complete any real estate
transaction efficiently and in a timely manner. Our relationships
with lenders and equity sources around the country keeps us informed
and provides us with the necessary financial tools to structure a
transaction to close.
Principals
 Gerry
Martin, President of Martin Realty Advisors, Inc has been
involved in Real Estate and Finance for 30 years. Mr. Martin has
been involved in over 400 million dollars of transactions during
that time. Some of the areas he has expertise in would include Real
Estate Brokerage, Leasing and Structured Finance. He holds Brokers
licenses in both California and Georgia, attended Georgia State
University in 1971 and now resides in Atlanta, Georgia.
 Steve Wachsler
has been involved in the Real Estate Industry for over 25 years. His
experience includes both residential and commercial land
acquisitions, investments, leasing and property management. Mr.
Wachsler is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Georgia.
In addition to holding
various management positions with Northwest Airlines, Inc., Mr.
Wachsler has recently retired as an International DC-10 pilot.
 Bill
Hoban has worked in building and real estate industry for
over 10 years. Most recently, Mr. Hoban has focused on residential
and land sales. Previously, Mr. Hoban spent 5 years as Development
Manager for large scale residential and mixed-use developments. In
addition, Mr. Hoban worked with a landscape architecture firm as a
project manager specializing in site planning, drainage, landscape
design and builder services. Mr. Hoban is a licensed Associate
Broker in the state of Georgia.
Mr. Hoban is a graduate
of Purdue University and is a registered Landscape Architect.
